Responsible for providing the products, network, interoperability and formal financial operation of the service. SG also provides all the marketing materials, operational tools and training for all network participants.
Settle Country franchise SPV
The "SPV" is a country specific, exclusive franchise entity for the individual Settle markets. The model facilitates local ownership and value creation. The SPV is in charge of localizing market materials, performing and coordinating localized marketing efforts, translate all service interfaces and provide support to all network participants in local language.
The "DPs" are responsible for promoting Settle to consumers and businesses with the intention of enrolling them to the service. DPs are supported in their efforts by the SPV who provides localised marketing material, training, support and tactics for each DP to succeed with Settle. In exchange for customers brought to the service, DPs earns a sizable revenue share for their clients for life, and have access to the platform for further commercial use, such as up- and cross selling to their clients.
